CDW Named a 2017 Workforce 100 Honoree

2017 Workforce 100 logoCDW was named to the 2017 Workforce 100 by Workforce magazine. Now in its fourth year, the list designates the best companies in human resources (HR) management.

To find out which companies are the best for HR management, Workforce editors, along with researchers from the Human Capital Media Advisory Group, the magazine’s research arm, created a statistical formula to sift through publicly available information to separate the best from the rest. The result of that analysis is the Workforce 100 list.

“We’re pleased this awards program continues to grow in popularity, but also in its ability to report organizations’ performance with greater accuracy,” said Rick Bell, Workforce magazine’s editorial director. “Our rankings are compiled with tangible data backed by extensive research, and it continues to prove valuable in setting industry benchmarks.”

The Workforce 100 assesses companies in seven core areas: workplace culture; employee benefits; diversity and inclusion; employee development/talent management; HR innovation/management; leadership development; and recruiting and talent acquisition.

“Listening to and acting on our coworkers’ feedback is an important aspect of CDW’s culture,” said Dennis Berger, senior vice president and chief coworker services officer, CDW. “Leaders at all levels implement action plans to address feedback from our coworker engagement survey. We celebrate business success together with Coworker Appreciation Days, provide best-in-class training and continue to receive recognition as a leading employer. These are just a few reasons why we’re proud to call CDW a great place to work.”
